We have enjoyed some wonderful gastronomy excursions through Mexico, Chile and Argentina, and after a brief little interlude to Italy via Giro d'Isole, we return to regular programming with Quintessential Uruguay. With our dear friends Vinos of Uruguay, we go on an adventure which is very much in the wheelhouse of enthusiastic Meat Loving Carnivores. Be it Grilled Sweet Bread lusciously sitting on heavenly house made Sourdough, classic Parrillero Sausage with Salsa Criolla or the signature of Beef Asado with divine Chimichurri, this is a feast that celebrates Uruguay through and through with sensational pairings.
