This is a night that is truly one of its kind and promises to be incredible fun. Is it the humble Vermentino from Mudgee or Sardinia, the Pinot Grigio from Adelaide Hills duking out with a special little product from Venezia, the Tuscan Chianti or the South Australian Sangiovese? 10 Wines to sample and all of it complemented with 5 Courses of Food that blend a bit of Australiana with Italy. Artisan Bread and Oil, Seafood, Bruschetta, and a super fun twist on an Australian classic that never goes wrong - the legendary Parma tuned up to 11/10.
